老年人参与社会发展是世界性的命题。大连市积极贯彻落实党的方针政策,为老年人＂参与＂提供了广阔的平台,如进行调查,提出对策;参加社团,服务社会;投身经济,支持＂三农＂;发挥专长,传播技能;从事咨询,参与监督,等等,为我国构建和谐社会与经济发展起着积极作用。为落实积极老龄化,仍然需要党和政府各级领导的重视,社会的关注,舆论的支持,以便营造出一个老年人参与社会的良好环境和畅通渠道。

It is a cosmopolitan proposition for retirees to participate in society development.Dalian admin-istration actively implements the Party’s principles and policies,and provides a wide platform for the retirees to the ＂participation＂like survey,research,suggestion;attending groups serving the community,devoting into economic activities,supporting the ＂agriculture,rural areas and peasantry＂,utilizing their specialties,imparting their skills,counseling,supervising,etc.These retirees play a positive role in the construction of harmonious society and development of economy.In order to execute the active aging,we need more attention from all levels of the Party and government,more cares from society and more support from public opinions.In this way,we can construct a good environment and smooth channels for the retirees to participate in the social activities.
