目的 检测阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血浆中Aβ42和栽脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性,探讨AD患者体内Aβ42代谢异常情况.方法 随机选取AD患者55例、正常人70例,分别检测Aβ42和ApoE基因多态性,并两两进行比较.结果 AD级Aβ42(93.4±7.5)ng/L与对照组(90.5±6.3)ng/L比较,升高差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);轻度AD组(94.7±8.5)ng/L与对照组相比,升高差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).中重度AD组(87.6±6.9)ng/L与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 AD患者Aβ42异常,与痰病的严重程度相关,与ApoE基因不相关.

목적 검측아이자해묵병(AD)환자혈장중Aβ42화재지단백E(ApoE)기인다태성,탐토AD환자체내Aβ42대사이상정황.방법 수궤선취AD환자55례、정상인70례,분별검측Aβ42화ApoE기인다태성,병량량진행비교.결과 AD급Aβ42(93.4±7.5)ng/L여대조조(90.5±6.3)ng/L비교,승고차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05);경도AD조(94.7±8.5)ng/L여대조조상비,승고차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01).중중도AD조(87.6±6.9)ng/L여대조조비교,차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05).결론 AD환자Aβ42이상,여담병적엄중정도상관,여ApoE기인불상관.
Objective To detect the polymorphism of plasma Aβ42 and apotipoprotein E(ApoE)of patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD),and to explore the abnormal metabolism of Aβ42.Methods 55 AD cases and 70 normal subiects were randomly selected for detection of polymorphism of plasma Aβ42 and ApoE.Results Compared with control group,Aβ42 of AD group was significantly different[(93.4±7.5)pg/ml in AD group and (90.5±6.3)pg/ml in control group(P＜0.05),which was signfieantly different in slight AD stop(94.7±8.5)pg/ml as compare with that of control group( P＜0.01),hut was not significantly different in moderate AD group (87.6±6.9)pg/ml as compared with that of control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The abnormal Aβ42 of AD patlents is related to the severity of disease but not related to ApoE.
