目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定清新灵微丸中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的方法 .方法 采用ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶水=54∶46(磷酸调pH2.5),检测波长为263 nm,柱温为25 ℃, 流速1.0 ml·min~(-1).结果 盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷分别在10.0~60.0 μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 2)和25.0~150.0 μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 1)内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.24 %和98.66 %.结论 该方法 简便、准确、重复性好,可同时测定清新灵微丸中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量.

Objective To establish the HPLC quantitative method for determination of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Qingxinling pellets simutaneously. Methods The analysis was performed on the HPLC Diamonsil - C_(18) column (250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 um) with temperature at 25 C , as mobile phase consisted of methanol - water ( V/V 54:46, pH=2.5) with flow rate of 1.0 ml·min~(-1) and the UV detective wavelength was 263 nm. Results The linearity for berberine hydrochloride and baicalin were 10.0~60.0 ug·ml~(-1) (r =0.999 2) and 25.0~150.0 ug·ml~(-1) (r =0.999 1) respectively. The average recoveries( n = 9) were 99.24% and 98.66% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the content determination of bererine hydrochloride and baicalin in Qingxinling pellets by HPLC simutaneously.
