本研究旨在探讨氧乐果对人工瘤胃营养物质代谢规律的影响.利用DFCCS-Ⅱ型双外流连续培养系统,采用4×4拉丁方设计,试验分4个时期完成,每个时期设4个氧乐果水平:0、10、100与1000 mg/kg日粮.每期预试期4 d,正试期5 d,测定不同时间点的瘤胃液pH值、NH_3-N浓度及干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和总能(GE)表观消化率.结果表明,日粮中添加10、100和1000 mg/kg氧乐果,使人工瘤胃液NH_3-N浓度分别降低1.97 %、2.12 %和6.06 %(P<0.05),CP表观消化率分别降低17.60 %、19.05 %和13.09 %(P<0.05).然而,添加氧乐果可以使DM表观消化率分别提高2.92 %、6.18 %、4.93 %(P<0.05);OM表观消化率提高12.92 %、19.33 %、16.24 %(P<0.05);NDF表观消化率提高4.95 %、6.10 %、9.38 %(P<0.05);ADF表观消化率提高9.00 %、12.40 %、16.22 %(P<0.05);GE表观消化率提高3.65 %、9.35 %、13.20 %(P<0.05).另外,日粮中添加氧乐果对人工瘤胃液pH值没有显著影响(P>0.05).结果揭示,日粮中添加氧乐果能够使人工瘤胃CP利用率降低,使DM、OM、NDF、ADF和GE的利用率增加.

An experiment was conducted to study the effects of omethoate on metabolism regularity of artificial rumen nutrient.DFCCS-Ⅱdual flow continuous culture system was used in the current research.The total test was divided into four stages.Each period had a length of 9 days,consisting of a 4-day adjustment period followed by a 5-day sampling period.Four omethoate levels were designed,0,10,100 and 1000 mg omethoate/kg feed,respectively in each stage.Determination of change law of pH value and NH_3~-N concentration at different time points and apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,NDF,ADF and GE were accomplished in the sampling period in a 4 4 Latin square design.The results are summarized as follows.1) Compared with the control,the NH_3~-N concentration of treated groups were decreased by 1.97 %,2.12 % and 6.06 %,respectively(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of CP decreased by 17.60 %,19.05 % and 13.09 %,respectively(P<0.05). 2) Except for CP,the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,NDF,ADF and GE were significantly increased with diets exposured to omethoate(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of DM were increased by 2.92 %、6.18 % and 4.93 %,respectively,and OM 12.92 %、19.33 % and 16.24 %,respectively,and NDF 4.95 %、6.10 % and 9.38 %,respectively,and ADF 9.00 %、12.40 % and 16.22 %,respectively,and GE 9.00 %、12.40 % and 16.22 %,respectively,compared to the control.3) The pH value was not affected(P>0.05). These results indicated that artificial rumen CP availability was decreased,but DM、OM、NDF、ADF and GE availability were increased with addition of omethoate in diets.
