采用膨胀法结合金相一硬度法,在DIL-805热膨胀仪上测定了高硅及高铝Q&P钢的临界点.测定了不同冷却速度下的连续冷却转变膨胀曲线,并对比Al元素的加入对Q&P钢连续冷却转变产物的组织和硬度的影响,对制定高硅及高铝Q&P钢的热处理工艺提供一定的参考依据.
採用膨脹法結閤金相一硬度法,在DIL-805熱膨脹儀上測定瞭高硅及高鋁Q&P鋼的臨界點.測定瞭不同冷卻速度下的連續冷卻轉變膨脹麯線,併對比Al元素的加入對Q&P鋼連續冷卻轉變產物的組織和硬度的影響,對製定高硅及高鋁Q&P鋼的熱處理工藝提供一定的參攷依據.

The critical points of C-Mn-Al and C-Mn-Si Q&P steel were determined by dilatometric change referencing microscopic test and hardness measurement on DIL-805 thermal dilatometer.The different expending curves of continuous cooling transformation were measured and the effects ofelement Al on product's microstrueture and hardness after continuous cooling transformation process Were compared.It provides references for establishing heat treatment process for C-Mn-Si and C-Mn-Al Q&P steel.
