采用水热合成法,以拟薄水铝石,正磷酸,碳酸铈,水为原料,三乙胺为模板剂合成了新型CeAPO-5分子筛.利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM和BET等手段对它的晶体结构、表面形貌做了系统的表征.结果表明CeAPO-5分子筛具有AlPO4-5分子筛的晶体结构.Ce(III)的引入并没有改变分子筛的骨架结构.但会增加新型分子筛CeAPO-5分子筛的比表面积.

Cerium (III) aluminophosphate molecular sieve has been synthesized starting from pseudo-boehmite, phosphoric acid, cerium carbonate, and water, in the presence of a triethylamine organic template. Based on the synthesized material, many of characterization were carried out by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, BET methods. It shows that the material has a tetrahedral framework of [APO4] and [PO4]. The obtained structure was similar to that of AlPO4-5. The incorporation of Ce (III) ions into the framework did not change the AlPO4-5 structure, but did, however, increase the surface area.
