目的 研究透明质酸钙的毒理学特性.方法 分别进行小鼠急性毒性实验和大鼠30 d喂养实验.结果 样品对小鼠的急性毒性LD50大于5 g/kg;实验期内大鼠生长发育良好,血常规及血生化各项指标均在正常范围,病理组织学检查各脏器均未见有意义的病理改变.结论 根据人体最大可能摄入量(100 mg/d)和急性毒性分级标准,透明质酸钙为无毒物质,对人体无毒害及副作用.

Objective To study the toxicity of calcium hyaluronate. Methods The toxicological characteristic of calcium hyaluronate is studied by mice acute toxicity test and 30 days feeding test in rats. Results LD50 of the sample was more than 5 g/kg·bw. The rata had fine growth during the whole test period, the indexes of blood rou-tine and blood biochemistry were all within normal limits and histopathological examination of the organs did not find significant pathological changes. Conclusion According to human maximum possible intake amount(100 mg/person ·day)and grade standard of acute toxicity, the calcium hyaluronate is in the non-toxic range and has no toxicity and side effect to human.
