对机械增力丝杠增力机构的增力原理进行了分析,并通过有限元仿真指出了楔形块是增力机构中最为薄弱的环节,有限元分析结果表明,合理设计增力机构,首先要考虑楔形块的载荷承受能力,其次要考虑斜块与楔形块接触面的承载能力.
對機械增力絲槓增力機構的增力原理進行瞭分析,併通過有限元倣真指齣瞭楔形塊是增力機構中最為薄弱的環節,有限元分析結果錶明,閤理設計增力機構,首先要攷慮楔形塊的載荷承受能力,其次要攷慮斜塊與楔形塊接觸麵的承載能力.

It analyzes the power-enhanced method about force amplification mechanism used in mechanical power clamping screws,presents that the wedge block is the weak link in this mechanism with finite element simulation.The simulation result shows that in order to design force amplification mechanism rationally,the load affordability of wedge block should be taken into account and the interface between oblique piece and wedge block.
