随着GIS与RS的集成、数字地球、信息共享等研究工作的深入开展,如何实现遥感影像在Internet环境下的快速发布就成为一项迫切的研究工作.目前比较成功的影像发布方法是将影像重采样、分层切割进而建立影像金字塔存储模型.网络环境下遥感影像的切割算法是解决上述影像金字塔问题的有效途径.首先讨论了以JNI(Java Native Interface)技术为基础实Java与C++联合编程的一些关键问题.进而,以Java与C++联合编程为基础,实现了面向Internet网络环境的、基于B/S架构的遥感影像切割算法.这种实现方法结合了C++语言在图像处理方面的高效性和Java语言在网络编程方面的优越性.从而为遥感影像的网络快速发布提供了保障.实践证明该方案可行,且算法稳定可靠、易于操作.

With the progress of researches on the integration of Geographic Information System(GIS)and Remote Sensing(RS),digital earth,and information sharing,it has become significant to publish RS images on the Internet.A large image is often extracted into different levels of detail and cut into pieces or tiles t0 construct a pyramid structure for Web distribution.Therefore,an efficient and flexible cutting algorithm of RS images under the Internet environment is correspondingly expected.In this paper,methods to achieve programming by combining Java with C++ are discussed.The JNI-based combined programming is discussed in four sections,including parameter transfer,call C++ functions in Java,call Java functions in C++,and exception handling.Subsequently,the Web-oriented cutting algorithm of RS images is implemented based on the above combined programming,which makes the rapid Web publication of RS images become easier to accomplish.Tests of the program with a global RS image prove that the design scheme is feasible and the algorithm is efficient,stable,and flexible.
