基于小波变换具有良好时频分析的特点,介绍了小波变换用于去除噪声的原理和方法,建立齿轮箱齿轮人工点蚀故障模拟实验台,通过Matlab对故障振动信号进行小波分析,并且和没有经过信号消噪就进行小波分解进行对比,从而得出对含噪声的非平稳信号进行消噪,再进行小波分解可以较好的提取齿轮点蚀故障特征频率的结论.
基于小波變換具有良好時頻分析的特點,介紹瞭小波變換用于去除譟聲的原理和方法,建立齒輪箱齒輪人工點蝕故障模擬實驗檯,通過Matlab對故障振動信號進行小波分析,併且和沒有經過信號消譟就進行小波分解進行對比,從而得齣對含譟聲的非平穩信號進行消譟,再進行小波分解可以較好的提取齒輪點蝕故障特徵頻率的結論.

Based on wavelet transform has good time-frequency analysis character, wavelet de-noising principle and method are introduced.Gear box of gear artificial pitting simulation test installation is established.Through applying Matlab programming, wavelet analysis of vibration signals is carried out and is compared signal that has not been de-noising wavelet decomposition.This result is obtained that for noise signals, through wavelet thresholding de-noising and wavelet decomposition can be better extracted gear pitting fault character.
