通过对美国引发次贷危机产生的诸如宏观经济长期失衡、货币政策发生失误等原因的具体分析,指出了次贷危机对我国广大中小企业受到巨大冲击并波及到担保企业,从而使之面临较大的风险和危机。因此,担保企业应通过增资扩股,主要业务结构调整,建立以企业核心能力为中心的评价系统,引入联保、再保、分保转嫁风险,推行交易性环节担保业务创新,构建更加市场化的盈利模式等策略,使担保企业继续发挥好经济活动中的＂资金桥梁＂作用,积极主动帮助中小企业走出困境。

The author pointed out influences of American Subprime Mortgage Crisis on Chinese small and medium size enterprises as well as guarantor enterprises together with possible bigger threats faced by such enterprises by analyzing reasons behind this crisis,including long-term imbalance of the macro economy of America,mistakes in monetary policies etc.Thus,the author suggested guarantor enterprises to build up an evaluation system focusing on the core value of their own through increasing capital and stock or adjusting business structure and meanwhile,shift threats by methods like： joint guarantee,reinsurance and coinsurance and at last,try renovating business of secured transactions so that they would continuously be able to play an important role as ＂the bridge of fund＂ on a more profitable marketing strategy and finally overcome all obstacles.
