The paper introduces the mixed soil-cement anchor, which is the new soil anchor adopted in soft soil areas, undertakes the electrometric experiments with two 21 meter anchors in the experiment fields, and concludes the axial force of all measured points and the section stick- ing stress, so as to provide the direction for improve the mixed soil-cement anchor.
