采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)研究了胶团强化超滤法对水中低浓度Cd2+的去除效果,考察了SDS浓度和跨膜压力对膜截留和渗透性能的影响.结果表明,当SDS与金属离子的浓度比为10时,SDS胶团强化超滤法对Cd2+的截留率>98%.超滤过程中的浓差极化受压力和浓度的共同影响.适当强度的浓差极化作用可以促进Cd2+的截留,严重的浓差极化则对Cd2+的截留非常不利,且浓差极化阻力的增大还会降低膜的渗透性能.

The removal of low-concentration Cd2+ from aqueous solution by micellar enhanced ul-trafiltration with anionic surfactant sodium dodeeyl sulfate (SDS) was studied. The effects of SDS con-centration and transmembrane pressure on membrane rejection and permeability were investigated. When the molar ratio of SDS to metal ions is 10, the rejection rate of Cd2+ is higher than 98%. Concentration polarization, a function of concentration and transmembrane pressure, is crucial to membrane perform-ante in mieellar enhanced ultrafiltration. The moderate concentration polarization favors the rejection of Cd2+, while excessive concentration polarization harms the rejection of Cd2+. The membrane permeabili-ty is decreased with the increase of polarization resistance.
