运用Aspen流程模拟软件,对中国石化九江分公司1 Mt/a延迟焦化装置分馏塔的用能情况进行分析,通过优化回流取热比例,增加高温位蜡油和中段循环取热,提高原料油进分馏塔温度,明显提高了分馏塔底温度,减少了加热炉瓦斯耗量,提高了分馏塔用能效率,使得装置能耗大幅度降低,每年节能降耗效益达200万元.

The energy consumption status of the fractionation column of 1 Mt/a delayed coking unit in Jiujiang Company was analyzed by Aspen process simulation software.Through optimizing the pump-round heat ratios to fully utilize the high temperature heat for increasing the temperature of feedstock entered fractionation column,the bottom temperature of the column was raised obviously.Thus,the consumption of furnace gas was reduced and the energy consumption of the unit was lowered significantly,which could provide a cost saving of 2 Million RMB annually.
