为了精确定量研究空间对接动力学半物理(HIL,Hardware-In-the-Loop)仿真系统的仿真结果真实性问题,利用无阻尼弹性碰撞动力学模型构造了空间对接动力学半物理仿真的验证模型,提出了描述半物理仿真系统仿真真实性的评价参数,并推导了计算公式.设计了用于半物理仿真试验研究的验证机构,较详细阐述了试验验证方法.建立了空间对接动力学半物理仿真的试验验证系统.在试验系统的水平和铅锤两个平动自由度上,进行了半物理仿真验证试验研究.验证试验结果及试验系统调试过程表明:所阐述的空间对接动力学半物理仿真系统的验证思想和方法是可行的和实用的.

In order to study the method to accurately and quantitatively evaluate the authenticity of results of a HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) simulation system for on-orbit docking, a verification model for the HIL simulation system was established with an undamped elastic vibro-impact model. The evaluation parameters describing the authenticity of the HIL simulation results were presented, and their calculation formulas were derived. Then, a verification mechanism for the HIL simulation experimental test was designed. The experimental verification method was presented in detail. The experimental test facility was established, and verification tests were done on horizontal and vertical degrees of freedom for the experimental system. The testing results and the system adjusting process showed that the verification ideas and method of the HIL simulation system for on-orbit docking dynamics is feasible and applicable.
