用石灰法造纸沉降物部分代替棉籽皮进行草菇栽培,结果显示:沉降物20%+麦麸10%+棉籽皮70%培养基的发菌速度最快,生物转化率最高,与麦麸10%+棉籽皮90%(对照)相近.表明用白灰法造纸沉降物部分代替棉籽皮栽培草菇,不会影响草菇产量,方法是可行的.

We used paper lime depositsency as culture media to culture Volvariella volvacea instead some cotonseed shell, The results showed that the hyphae of Volvariella volvacea grew the fastest and the output was the highes in treatment(Sediment 20%+ wheat bran 10%+cottonseed skin70%.It indicated that using the paper lime depositsency instead some cotonseed shell to culture Volvariella volvacea won't affect the straw Volvariella Volvacea output and the method was feasible.
