以硬脂酸、二氯亚砜和乙二胺为原料,经酰氯化反应和酰胺化反应合成了乙撑双硬脂酰胺,考察了反应温度、反应时间和原料配比对反应的影响.得到了较佳的实验条件:酰氯化反应温度80℃、反应时间2.5h,酰胺化反应温度95℃、反应时间1.2h,硬脂酰氯和乙二胺的摩尔比3:1时,乙撑双硬脂酰胺的收率达到了93.2%.
以硬脂痠、二氯亞砜和乙二胺為原料,經酰氯化反應和酰胺化反應閤成瞭乙撐雙硬脂酰胺,攷察瞭反應溫度、反應時間和原料配比對反應的影響.得到瞭較佳的實驗條件:酰氯化反應溫度80℃、反應時間2.5h,酰胺化反應溫度95℃、反應時間1.2h,硬脂酰氯和乙二胺的摩爾比3:1時,乙撐雙硬脂酰胺的收率達到瞭93.2%.

Ethylene bisstearamide was prepared by the reactions of chloridization and amidation with stearic acid, thionyl chloride and ethylenediamine as raw materials. Influence of reaction temperature, reaction time and ratio of raw materials were discussed. The experimental results showed that the yield of ethylene bisstear- amide is up to 93.2% under the optimal reaction conditions of chloridization temperature 80 ℃, chloridization time 2.5 h, amidation temperature 95 ℃, amidation time 1.2 h, and stearic chloride to ethylenediamine mole ratio of 3 : 1.
