通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家访问等方法对江西高校近年来体育人力资源的现状进行了调查,包括体育教师人数、职称、学历、年龄、教师专项比例以及教师稀缺等方面,结果显示：江西高校体育教师人数与学生数缺额比例较大;教师职称比例分布与国家整体水平失衡;体育教师学历分布不均,体育博士人才稀少;教师年龄分布呈现出年轻化,教师专项比例严重失衡,表现在新兴项目的教师太少等。
통과문헌자료법、문권조사법、수리통계법、전가방문등방법대강서고교근년래체육인력자원적현상진행료조사,포괄체육교사인수、직칭、학력、년령、교사전항비례이급교사희결등방면,결과현시：강서고교체육교사인수여학생수결액비례교대;교사직칭비례분포여국가정체수평실형;체육교사학력분포불균,체육박사인재희소;교사년령분포정현출년경화,교사전항비례엄중실형,표현재신흥항목적교사태소등。
This paper through documents and materials,questionnaires,statistics,expert visits and other methods researches the current status of Jiangxi college sports human resources,including the number of physical education teachers,job title,education,age,the proportion of teachers and special teachers scarcity,and the results showed： in Jiangxi,the number of PE teachers and students has a large proportion of number vacancies;teachers,job distribution and the proportion of the country＇s overall level is of imbalance;uneven distribution of physical education teachers,sports professionals with scarce Dr.;showing a younger age distribution of teachers,a serious imbalance in the proportion of teachers in special,and the performance of teachers in the new project is too little.
