目的 探讨呼吸衰竭患者血清中一氧化氮和白细胞介素-18的变化及临床意义.方法 选取呼吸衰竭患者88例作为研究组,另选健康体检者40例作为对照组,采用分光光度法测定两组研究对象的血清中NO的含量,采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测IL-18的含量,并对血清中NO和IL-18进行相关性分析.结果 ①研究组患者血清中NO和IL-18水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②研究组中重度呼吸衰竭患者血清中NO和IL-18水平明显高于中度和轻度患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),中度呼吸衰竭患者血清中NO和IL-18水平明显高于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③呼吸衰竭患者血清NO与IL-18成正相关(r=0.44,P< 0.05).结论 NO和1L-18的异常表达可能在呼吸衰竭的发生发展中起到一定的作用.联合检测NO和IL-18的表达可能有助于对呼吸衰竭严重程度的判断.

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of NO,IL-8 in patients with respiratory failure.Methods Eighity-eight patients with respiratory failure were assigned to the study group,40 healthy people were assigned to the control group.Spectrophotometric method was used to detect the expression of NO in the two groups,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression of IL-8.Then,the correlation of serum NO with IL-18 was analyzed.Results ①The serum levels of NO and IL-18 in respiratory failure group were significantly higher than those in healthy group,there were significant differences (P < 0.05).②The serum levels of NO and IL-18 in severe respiratory failure group were significantly higher than those in moderate group and light group ( P <0.01 ),higher in moderate group than those in light group ( P < 0.05).③The serum level of NO in respiratory failure was positively correlated with IL-18 (r =0.44,P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Abnormal expression of NO and IL-8 may have effect on the development of respiratory failure.Combined detection of the expression of NO and IL-8 may provide a basis for respiratory failure severity diagnosis.
