目的研究大鼠缺血后,损伤区域及相关部位神经再塑与运动行为恢复之间的关系. 方法线栓法建立大鼠的大脑中动脉缺血模型,术后7,14,21,28 d,采用免疫组织化学方法观察突触素(SYN)及突触后致密物质-95(PSD-95)在大鼠皮层缺血灶的内侧、外侧、对侧的表达,触觉刺激试验作行为测试. 结果 SYN及 PSD-95的免疫反应产物于术后7 d在3个观察部位都显著减少,在14 d以后明显增加,与此相对应的肢体活动在21 d明显恢复. 结论缺血损伤后的大鼠皮层梗塞区的内侧、外侧、对侧的神经再塑、突触重建与其肢体的功能恢复有着明确的相关关系.

목적연구대서결혈후,손상구역급상관부위신경재소여운동행위회복지간적관계. 방법선전법건립대서적대뇌중동맥결혈모형,술후7,14,21,28 d,채용면역조직화학방법관찰돌촉소(SYN)급돌촉후치밀물질-95(PSD-95)재대서피층결혈조적내측、외측、대측적표체,촉각자격시험작행위측시. 결과 SYN급 PSD-95적면역반응산물우술후7 d재3개관찰부위도현저감소,재14 d이후명현증가,여차상대응적지체활동재21 d명현회복. 결론결혈손상후적대서피층경새구적내측、외측、대측적신경재소、돌촉중건여기지체적공능회복유착명학적상관관계.
AIM To evaluate the distribution and density of expression of proteins known to be involved in synaptognesis and to observe the motor function of forelimbs after focal ischemia in rats. METHODS Unilateral cerebral ischemia was induced in rats by the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Synaptophysin and PSD-95 were examined by immunohistochemical techniques. Forelimbs function was evaluated with tacticl stimulation test. RESULTS Both synaptophysin and PSD-95 demonstrated statistically significant in- crease in the density of immunoreaction in the neocortical regions medial and lateral to the infarction as well as in the contralateral neocortex at 14th day compared with sham controls. Meanwhile,forelimbs function recovery has statistically significant increased at 21th day. CONCLUSION Change of neocortical structure was related to behavioral function recovery.
