生物有机废气废水处理过程中,温度是反应微生物生存环境的一个重要参数,温度的大小直接影响到微生物的活性,进而直接影响到微生物反应器的净化性能.为能对生物膜式反应器内的温度场进行在线准确的测量,提高微生物反应器的净化性能.文章采用FBG阵列对高0.5m、内径0.24m的圆柱形反应器内填料床段进行温度测量,其中轴向5层,每层7个传感器单元,共35个传感单元.实验研究表明:在生物膜式反应器挂膜阶段,反应器内已经出现了温度分布,且最大温差可达1.79℃.因此,采用FBG阵列对生物模式反应器内温度场测量,将为观察反应器内生物膜的生长环境条件、反应机理提供新手段,从而提高微生物反应器的净化性能.

In the process of biology dealing with Organic Waste Gas or Wastewater, temperature is an importance parameter in feedback existence environmental of Microorganism, which directly affects the Activities of Microorganism. Then, it also directly affects the purification performance of the microbial generator. In order to achieve the exact on-line measurement, the temperature field of the Biomembrane Reactor can improve the purification performance of the microbial generator. The paper reports the temperature field measurement which is based on the FBG Arrays in packed bed of the reactor, with the hight of 0.5 meter, the inner diameter of 0.24 meter of the packed bed. The FBG Arrays have 5 tiers, and each tier has 7 sensor elements, totally 35 sensor elements. Experiments show that it has appeared temperature distribution in the reactor. During the course of membrane formation, the maximum temperature difference has roached 1.79℃ .Thus, the temperature field measurement of the reactor by using the FBG Arrays will provide a new means for the research of the growth environment and reaction mechanism of biomembrane in the roactor, and will improve the purifification performance of the microbial generator.
