以集料的体积指标作为级配设计的基本参数,粗集料形成的骨架嵌挤结构为出发点,通过振动击实确定每档粒径集料的体积指标,并以该指标为基本控制参数,混合料设计空隙率为已知控制变量,同时引入Bailey设计方法中粗集料比(CA)用以控制混合料的离析,建立集料体积指标的关系表达式.得出骨架孔隙结构水泥稳定碎石的级配范围和设计级配.根据室内试验和理论分析得出多空隙水泥稳定碎石的含水量的确定方法.通过旋转压实和静压成型试件,分析并提出适宜的压实方案.建立压实次数和7 d抗压强度的关系.

Beginning with the embedded skeleton formed by the coarse aggregate.using volume indexes for aggregate gradation design as the basic parameters,the volume index for the aggregate of each grain size was obtained through vibratory compaction.Taken this index as the basic control parameter together with the mixture design air voids as the control variable,by introducing the coarse aggregate ratio(CA)in Bailey design method to control segregation of the mixture,the expression of aggregate volumetric index was established,the scope of gradation and designed gradation of skeleton-pore cement stabilized macadam was obtained.The water content of porous cement stabilized macadam was determined according to indoor experiment and theoretical analysis.Based on gyratory compaction and hydrostatic molding of specimens,the appropriate solution of compaction was analysed and put forward,and the relationship between compaction times and the compressive strength of the seven days was put forward.
