《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》颁布10年来，我国幼儿园教师队伍建设迅速发展，教师人数稳步增长，学历层次持续提升，教师专业素养也逐步提高，尤其强调教师专业自主精神培养，注重激发专业热忱，关注实践反思意识和能力的培养，重视文化养成。在新形势下，虽然幼儿园教师队伍建设还面临诸多问题，但在《纲要》精神的引领下，幼儿园教师队伍建设在不断推进．由此推动了学前教育事业的良性发展。
《유인완교육지도강요（시행）》반포10년래，아국유인완교사대오건설신속발전，교사인수은보증장，학력층차지속제승，교사전업소양야축보제고，우기강조교사전업자주정신배양，주중격발전업열침，관주실천반사의식화능력적배양，중시문화양성。재신형세하，수연유인완교사대오건설환면림제다문제，단재《강요》정신적인령하，유인완교사대오건설재불단추진．유차추동료학전교육사업적량성발전。
Since the issue of the Guidehnes for Kindergarten Education（trial implementation）, we have achieved rapid progress in the construction of preschool teaching staffstaffnumber constantly increasing, education level continually growing,teachers＇ professional qualification gradually advancing especially in emphasizing professional autonomy,inspiring professional enthusiasm, highlighting cultivation of practical reflection and culture cultivation.Although preschool teaching staffconstruction is still faced with problems,it is constantly progressing under the leading of the Guidelines to promote the benign development of preschool education.
