本文介绍了涡流探伤的工艺过程,研究了Pc与PLC通信的实现,给出了PLC监控软件的程序流程,在此基础上采用VB开发出PLC的上位监控软件,最后结合监控软件的运行可知,该监控软件简便易用,人机交互性强,能够及时地更新显示监控信息。
本文介紹瞭渦流探傷的工藝過程,研究瞭Pc與PLC通信的實現,給齣瞭PLC鑑控軟件的程序流程,在此基礎上採用VB開髮齣PLC的上位鑑控軟件,最後結閤鑑控軟件的運行可知,該鑑控軟件簡便易用,人機交互性彊,能夠及時地更新顯示鑑控信息。

At first, the process of eddy current technology is described, and then the PC and PLC communication method is researched. The program flow for PLC monitoring software is given out, and based on this ; the PLC monitoring software is developed by using VB. At last, through the example, the following conclusions can be obtained: The monitor software is easy to use; it has Good human - computer interaction, and updates information opportunely.
