Notch信号通路参与多种组织细胞的分化成熟过程,尤其在外周T细胞的分化过程中起了决定性的作用,参与多种过敏性疾病(如支气管哮喘)的发生发展.近来研究表明Notch信号通路还参与诱发支气管哮喘的气道高反应性和促进气道黏液细胞增生.本文就Notch信号转导通路与支气管哮喘的关系作一综述.

The Notch signaling pathway is involved in cell-differentiation process in a wide variaty tissues, especially playing an essential role in the differentiation of the periphery T lymphocyte. It correlates with the development of many diffenrent allergic diseases, such as bronchial asthma. Recently, many reports have demonstrated that the Notch signaling pathway also plays an important role in inducing the airway hyper-responsiveness of asthma, as well as promotes the metaplasia of the airway mucilage cell. In this review, we highlight the relationship between Notch signaling pathway and bronchial asthma.
