取“无核白鸡心”“美人指”“甬优一号”等3个葡萄品种0.5 cm长的单芽嫩茎作为外植体,接种于不同配方的培养基上。结果表明“无核白鸡心”“美人指”接种于GS分别附加6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1和2.0 mg·L-1的培养基,“甬优一号”接种MS附加6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1培养基诱导芽,芽的诱导率分别达100%,100%和86%。当芽伸长至1.0~1.5 cm时,3个品种均转接于MS附加IAA 0.05 mg·L-1,6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1和GA3 2.0 mg·L-1的分化培养基,芽的分化最佳,分化率达80%~86%,增殖4.2倍左右,苗生长健壮。将“无核白鸡心”转入1/2MS附加IBA 1.0 mg·L-1,“美人指”“甬优一号”转入1/2MS附加IBA 2.0 mg·L-1的培养基,生根率达84%~96%,平均根数在5~7条之间,根生长良好。表6参10

Taking the stems of 0.5 cm with single bud as the explants to the different culturemediums,the results showed that the rates of differentiation of buds that were the highest in all treatments were 100% for cv.“Wuhebaijixin”,and cv.“Meirenzhi”and 86% for cv.“Yongyou F1”on the GS medium containing 6-BA 1.0 mg*L-1 or 6-BA 2.0 mg*L-1.When the buds grew 1.0~1.5cm,they were transferred to the MS' medium supplemented with IAA 0.05 mg*L-1 or 6-BA 1.0 mg*L-1 or GA 2.0 mg*L-1 with the differentiation rate of 80%~86% and the proliferation multiple of 4 for this three varieties and the shoots grew vigor,which were the most favourite medium for the induction and differention of buds in this test.If the grape of “Wuhebaijixin”was changed into the 1/2 MS medium containing IBA 1.0 mg*L-1 and “Meirenzhi”and “Yongyou F1”were changed into 1/2 MS medium containing IBA 2.0 mg*L-1,the shoots developed nice roots with rooting rate of 84%~96% and rooting number of 5~7.These media were the most significant for roting in all treatments.
