对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除试验表明,不同玉米花粉多糖级分对二者的清除作用均具有较好的量效关系,且复合一元二次方程模型;清除羟基自由基需要PPM、PMA、PMB及PMC-1的半数浓度分别为104.99μg/mL、146.98μg/mL、172.56μg/mL和149.98μg/mL;清除超氧阴离子需要PP M、PMA、PMB及PMC-1四者的半数清除浓度依次为267.65μg/mL、290.56μg/mL、307.10μg/mL和268.59μg/mL.且玉米花粉多糖中抗氧化活性最强的是PPM和PMC-1.

Test of scavenging hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radical showed that different level of pollen polysaccharide of maize scavenging free radicals had good concentration-response relationships,and composited unary quadratic equation model.The half concentration of scavenging hydroxyl radicals of PPM、 PMA、PMB and PMC-1 were 104.99 μg/mL,146.98 μg/mL,172.56 μg/mL and 149.98 μg/mL.The half concentration of scavenging superoxide of PPM,PMA,PMB and PMC-1 were 267.65 μg/mL、290.56 μg/mL、307.10 μg/mLand 268.59 μg/mL.And the strongest antioxidant activity of pollen polysaccharide of maize were PPM and PMC-1.
