众多研究表明,氯胺酮不仅是临床上常用的镇痛药物和小儿麻醉药物,还具有非麻醉和镇痛方面的多种作用.后者包括对机体似乎相互矛盾的两方面的影响,一方面是抑制机体过度炎症反应、减轻兴奋性氨基酸对中枢神经系统兴奋毒性、维持细胞膜的稳定性以防有害物质外漏、消除反应氧化物、减轻氧自由基对细胞损伤等保护作用,另一方面可能影响神经系统发育、生长、以及形态结构和功能的维持.
衆多研究錶明,氯胺酮不僅是臨床上常用的鎮痛藥物和小兒痳醉藥物,還具有非痳醉和鎮痛方麵的多種作用.後者包括對機體似乎相互矛盾的兩方麵的影響,一方麵是抑製機體過度炎癥反應、減輕興奮性氨基痠對中樞神經繫統興奮毒性、維持細胞膜的穩定性以防有害物質外漏、消除反應氧化物、減輕氧自由基對細胞損傷等保護作用,另一方麵可能影響神經繫統髮育、生長、以及形態結構和功能的維持.

A vast amount of researches conducted in animals and human have demonstrated that ketamine is not only a common medication used for pediatric anesthesia and analgesia,but also has non-anesthetic effects in two seemingly opposite aspects. On one hand.it exhibits neuroprotective effect by attenuating systemic inflammatory response, reducing the nuerotoxicity of exciting amino acids and stabilizing the metabolism of reactive oxygen species. On the other hand,ketamine may affect growth,development and function of nervous system.
