目的 探讨循证护理教学法在80后护士护理操作技能培训的效果.方法 针对80后护士的心理、性格特点,采用循证护理教学方法,2009年8月对163名80后护士在培训方式、培训安排及培训教师的选择多方面进行改进.结果 运用循证护理教学方法培训后,80后护士操作技能提高20.1%,对培训教师的满意度提高14.9%,认为培训对工作影响率下降13.1%,对培训的安排满意度上升至41.7%,各项操作考试平均成绩提高3.41%.结论 循证护理教学应用于护理操作技能培训中,有利于80后护士更好地掌握操作技能,提高了80后护士参与护理操作培训的兴趣,促进培训教师教学能力的提高,进一步提高护理操作技能培训的效果.

Objective To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing teaching method in the training of the training of nurse post -80s operating skills.Methods An evidence -based nursing teaching method was used to training approaches,training arrangements and selection of trainers based on the characteristic of nurse post 80s in 163 samples.Results Nursing skills were considered rising 20.1%after implementing evidence - based practice,nurse - post - 80s'satisfaction increased by 14.9% and a 13.1% drop at the aspect of impacting daily work since attending the training.The average mark at the tests was improved (3.41%) in the post test.Satisfaction rate was climbed to 47.1% by developing evidence based practice.Conclusions A positive effect is detected in nurse training programs by implementing evidence - based practice.Nurse - post - 80's enthusiasm to the training program is increased through education on evidence - based practice in addition to an improvement of trainer's capability.
