依托某工程实际情况,对收集资料进行整理归纳,运用“5M1E法则”从“人、方法、环境、材料、测量”五个方面进行分析,最终得出了11个末梢原因,并确定了影响管道套管预埋准确率的主要成因,并制定了相应的措施以解决这些问题。通过实际施工反馈可知上述办法行之有效,可以为其他工程提供借鉴。

Relying on the actual situation of a certain project, starting with related material and data collected, which is analyzed systematically. The analysis was made from the five aspects: people, methods, environment, materials, and measurement "by using "SM1E law" and 11 reasons were concluded to determine the main causes affecting the accuracy of pre-buried pipe sleeve, and to develop appropriate measures to address these issues. The feedback from actual construction showed that the above approach is effective, which can provide a reference for other projects.
