文章根据国内外文献介绍了采用板芯脱胶修补存在的缺陷和航空玻璃钢使用反馈信息,对大型玻璃钢制件典型板芯脱胶损伤进行注胶修补实验,并使用不同于以往的静力分析等验证方法,采用弯曲强度测度进行建模验证,修补后强度参数达到未损伤件标准。实验结论表明:板芯脱肢采用树脂注射法修补强度高,易于运用。

In the light of the relevant documents at home and abroad on the deficiency in repairing unstuck cardboard and the feedback on using aerial FRP, the paper conducts an glue injection experiment on an unstuck typical cardboard core of a large FRP and adopts a different verification method, static analysis. After the modeling verification by measuring banding strength, the strength parameter is up to uninjured standard after repairing. The experiment shows that the resin injection can effectively and easily be employed to repair unstuck cardboard core.
