针对炼油厂浮渣的性质和特点,使用微波辐照法处理炼油厂浮渣。分别考察了微波辐照功率、时间、絮凝剂用量对浮渣脱水率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:微波辐照处理后浮渣的体积减少到原浮渣体积的30%左右,比传统方法降低了10%,实现了浮渣的减量化处理,并且节省了2/3的絮凝剂用量,大幅降低了脱出水的COD值,而且工艺简单,高效易行。
針對煉油廠浮渣的性質和特點,使用微波輻照法處理煉油廠浮渣。分彆攷察瞭微波輻照功率、時間、絮凝劑用量對浮渣脫水率的影響,確定瞭最佳工藝條件。實驗結果錶明:微波輻照處理後浮渣的體積減少到原浮渣體積的30%左右,比傳統方法降低瞭10%,實現瞭浮渣的減量化處理,併且節省瞭2/3的絮凝劑用量,大幅降低瞭脫齣水的COD值,而且工藝簡單,高效易行。

For the nature and characteristics of refinery scum,we use microwave irradiation technology to treat it.We studied some major factors which influence the dehydration rate of scum,such as microwave power,time and flocculant dosage,to determine the optimum conditions. The results showed that: microwave irradiation technology can reduce the volume of scum down to 30 % of the original volume,down 10 % from the traditional treatment,to achieve the quantity reduction treatment.Furthermore,it can save 2/3 flocculant dosage,and significantly reduce the COD value of separated water,and the process is simple,efficient and easy.
