提出了一种新型智能配电自动化终端的设计方案,通过IEC 61850-6标准的自描述功能,取代远动协议点表的人工配置和修改工作。自描述ICD文件由硬件编码器自动生成,配电主站通过FTP方式获取配电自动化终端的ICD文件,从中解析出三遥信息表和配电网络拓扑信息,配电主站SCADA系统可据此实现前置协议点表和图库的自动生成功能。

This paper proposes a new intelligent distribution automation terminal design scheme.Manual configuration and modify of remote protocol point table is replaced by self-describing function of IEC 61850-6 standard.The ICD self-description file can be generated automatically by the hardware encoder.Distribution master station can get the ICD file from the distribution automation terminal via FTP.The three remote tables information and the distribution network topology information can be parsed by the ICD file.SCADA system in distribution master station can realize the auto generation of front telecontrol protocol tables,graphics and database.
