提出了一种颗粒或可压缩粉末软凹模成形工艺。基于一定的基本假设,对筒形件颗粒或可压缩粉末软凹模的成形工艺进行了力学分析。将该工艺与刚性模具成形工艺进行了对比,分析了筒形件成形过程中各变形区域的应力应变状态及数值大小,推导出变形时与颗粒或可压缩粉末接触区域的应力和应变的计算公式。研究结果证明,颗粒或可压缩粉末软凹模成形工艺有利于防止成形零件缺陷的产生,可提高板材的成形极限。
提齣瞭一種顆粒或可壓縮粉末軟凹模成形工藝。基于一定的基本假設,對筒形件顆粒或可壓縮粉末軟凹模的成形工藝進行瞭力學分析。將該工藝與剛性模具成形工藝進行瞭對比,分析瞭筒形件成形過程中各變形區域的應力應變狀態及數值大小,推導齣變形時與顆粒或可壓縮粉末接觸區域的應力和應變的計算公式。研究結果證明,顆粒或可壓縮粉末軟凹模成形工藝有利于防止成形零件缺陷的產生,可提高闆材的成形極限。

A new granules or powder soft cavity forming(GFCF) technology was presented herein and the mechanics analysis was finished.The stress and strain state of forming parts were analyzed and the values were calculated compared with common rigid die forming based on the fundamental assumption.The theoretic equations were obtained for calculating the values of stress and strain.The research results prove that the forming limit can be improved and defects can be prevented when parts are formed by granules or powder flexible cavity forming technology.
