为减小某恒温振荡器偏心质量高速转动所引起的较大惯性力,基于刚体动力学理论,在曲轴上安装优化设计后的配重块,并利用ADAMS建立优化前后两机构的系统动力学模型,对比分析其动力学性能。结果表明,优化后机构惯性力合力几乎为零。
為減小某恆溫振盪器偏心質量高速轉動所引起的較大慣性力,基于剛體動力學理論,在麯軸上安裝優化設計後的配重塊,併利用ADAMS建立優化前後兩機構的繫統動力學模型,對比分析其動力學性能。結果錶明,優化後機構慣性力閤力幾乎為零。

The optimization design that the balancing weights are installed in the crankshafts is proposed based on the dynamic theory of rigid-body in order to reduce the large inertial force caused by the rotating eccentric mass of oscillating machine.Both original and optimized models are created and analyzed by ADAMS.Results show that inertial force of the optimized one is almost zero.
