以直链十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)为参照样,研究了十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯(DDSS)表面活性剂的表面张力、硬水稳定性、发泡力及泡沫稳定性等理化特性。结果表明:DDSS具有较好的表面活性,其临界表面张力(γcm)c和临界胶束浓度(cmc)分别为27.786 mN/m和0.49 g/L。DDSS在硬水中具有更好的稳定性,但发泡力和泡沫稳定性较低。DDSS在日化领域具有广泛的应用前景。
以直鏈十二烷基苯磺痠鈉(LAS)為參照樣,研究瞭十二烯基琥珀痠澱粉酯(DDSS)錶麵活性劑的錶麵張力、硬水穩定性、髮泡力及泡沫穩定性等理化特性。結果錶明:DDSS具有較好的錶麵活性,其臨界錶麵張力(γcm)c和臨界膠束濃度(cmc)分彆為27.786 mN/m和0.49 g/L。DDSS在硬水中具有更好的穩定性,但髮泡力和泡沫穩定性較低。DDSS在日化領域具有廣汎的應用前景。

With sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (LAS) as control, such properties of dodecenyl succinate anhydride starch (DDSS) as surface tension, stability in hard water, foaming power and foam stability were studied. Results showed that DDSS had better surface activity than LAS. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) and the surface tension (γcmc) were 0.49 g/L and 27.786 mN/m respectively. Both tile foaming power and the foam stability of DDSS were lower than that of LAS, while the stability in hard water of DDSS was better than that of LAS. DDSS has a broad prospect of application in the daily chemical field.
