旋转超声加工中,主轴变幅杆设计是关键。本文基于超声机床主轴外筒的尺寸,设计了一种由双节点固定、能夹持刀具的满足加工要求的变幅杆。首先基于实际需求利用解析法对变幅杆进行尺寸计算及建模,然后对该模型进行有限元分析论证和装配,得出优化后的变幅杆结构。

Design of the spindle amplitude transformer is the key of rotary ultrasonic machining. In this article, according to the size of the spindle rotary drum of the ultrasonic machine tool, designing a two-node fasten amplitude transformer which can grip a cutter and meet the requirements of the processing. Firstly, by using analytical method to find the size of the amplitude transformer and modeling. Then, finite element analysis of the model demonstration and assembly, obtaining the optimized structure of the amplitude transformer.
