以银中杨、迎春5号杨为材料,测定在秋季气温骤降期杨树叶片、枝皮中总酚及木质素含量的动态变化,并将其与同时期气温的变化进行相关性分析。结果表明:当秋季气温下降时,杨树叶片及迎春5号杨枝皮中总酚类物质含量上升,与气温呈显著或极显著负相关;叶片中木质素则随着气温的下降而下降,与最低气温间呈显著或极显著正相关;气温骤降下,杨树中总酚类物质含量上升可能与其抗寒性密切相关。
以銀中楊、迎春5號楊為材料,測定在鞦季氣溫驟降期楊樹葉片、枝皮中總酚及木質素含量的動態變化,併將其與同時期氣溫的變化進行相關性分析。結果錶明:噹鞦季氣溫下降時,楊樹葉片及迎春5號楊枝皮中總酚類物質含量上升,與氣溫呈顯著或極顯著負相關;葉片中木質素則隨著氣溫的下降而下降,與最低氣溫間呈顯著或極顯著正相關;氣溫驟降下,楊樹中總酚類物質含量上升可能與其抗寒性密切相關。
이은중양、영춘5호양위재료,측정재추계기온취강기양수협편、지피중총분급목질소함량적동태변화,병장기여동시기기온적변화진행상관성분석。결과표명:당추계기온하강시,양수협편급영춘5호양지피중총분류물질함량상승,여기온정현저혹겁현저부상관;협편중목질소칙수착기온적하강이하강,여최저기온간정현저혹겁현저정상관;기온취강하,양수중총분류물질함량상승가능여기항한성밀절상관。
In order to investigate the correlation between phenolic compound contents in poplar and the sudden drop of temperature in fall, the variations in total phenol and lignin contents in leaves and bark of Populus alba and P. ' Zhonglin Sanbei 1 ' were analyzed in october 2009. The contents of total phenol compounds in leaves and the total phenol contents in bark of P. 'Zhonglin Sanbei 1 ' quickly increased while the air temperature dropped down, whereas the lignin contents in poplar leaves decreased when the air temperature dropped down. There was a negative correlation between total phenol compounds contents in poplar and temperature in october, and the correlation coefficients reached significant or very significant levels.
