由于目前高职学生的学习状况普遍不是很好，理解能力差，但材料力学在机械基础中又是非常重要的一部分，好多的高职教师对这一部分的讲解都比较困难，第一是学生的学习激情不高；第二是这一部分非常的枯燥无味就更加加深了学生对这一部分学习的抵触情绪：第三是这一部分内容太多而课时安排又很少使得很多高职教师无法入手。
