本文以《理想国》中色拉叙马霍斯＂正义是强者的利益＂的本质内涵为起点,探究它现实存在根源及其理论困境;通过对古代政治哲学与近代政治哲学对比,结合自己思考,试图用当代政治哲学家德沃金的新自由主义正义观——＂敏于志向＂和＂钝于禀赋＂为武器打破其现实的根源,并修补理论上的困境,进而揭示两者之间批判和继承关系及其对未来理想的追求。
本文以《理想國》中色拉敘馬霍斯＂正義是彊者的利益＂的本質內涵為起點,探究它現實存在根源及其理論睏境;通過對古代政治哲學與近代政治哲學對比,結閤自己思攷,試圖用噹代政治哲學傢德沃金的新自由主義正義觀——＂敏于誌嚮＂和＂鈍于稟賦＂為武器打破其現實的根源,併脩補理論上的睏境,進而揭示兩者之間批判和繼承關繫及其對未來理想的追求。
본문이《이상국》중색랍서마곽사＂정의시강자적이익＂적본질내함위기점,탐구타현실존재근원급기이론곤경;통과대고대정치철학여근대정치철학대비,결합자기사고,시도용당대정치철학가덕옥금적신자유주의정의관——＂민우지향＂화＂둔우품부＂위무기타파기현실적근원,병수보이론상적곤경,진이게시량자지간비판화계승관계급기대미래이상적추구。
This paper starts from the essential meaning of Syria Ma Huosi ＂Justice is the interest of the Strong＂ in ＂The Republic＂,explore its roots and its theoretical dilemma that exists in reality;Through the ancient and modern political philosophy political philosophy contrast,combined with their thinking,trying to use the contemporary political philosopher Ronald Dworkin＇s neo-liberal conception of justice-＂Sensitive to the Aspirations,Blunt at the Endowment＂ as a weapon to break the source of its reality,and repair the theoretical difficulties,and thus reveal the relationship between the critical and inheritance and its impact on the pursuit of an ideal future.
