The working principle and characteristics of the hydrocracking reactor ebullating pump were introduced,involving the role,operation and failure treatment of the ebullating pump operation in the hydrocracking reactor.The conditions of heavy oil or solid oil hydrocracking process were very harsh,and the design of the ebullating pump was fully taken into account in high temperature,high pressure,hydrogen and catalyst particles which were presentd in the "gas liquid solid" three-phase reactor process conditions,and ensured the operation of ebullating pump for long term.
