制备了不同相容剂含量的玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯,并对其力学性能进行分析,初步探讨了机理。结果表明,作为相容剂,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐的用量为3%~4%较合适,并对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯材料的耐温性、抗老化性以及加工性能分别进行了探讨。
製備瞭不同相容劑含量的玻璃纖維增彊聚丙烯,併對其力學性能進行分析,初步探討瞭機理。結果錶明,作為相容劑,聚丙烯接枝馬來痠酐的用量為3%~4%較閤適,併對玻璃纖維增彊聚丙烯材料的耐溫性、抗老化性以及加工性能分彆進行瞭探討。

The glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene with different compatilizer content was prepared,their mechanical properties were analyzed,and their mechanism was discussed.The experimental results showed that polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride 3%~4% by weight was better,as compatilizer of glass fiber reinforced-polypropylene was suitable for the composite.The thermal resistance,ageing resistance and processability of the glass fiber reinforced PP were also discussed.
