目的:了解蒲公英(TM)及其多糖提取物对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响。方法:经口灌服醋酸地塞米松(DEX)诱导小鼠免疫功能低下,7d后经口灌服蒲公英水煎液及其多糖提取物,采用蒲公英水煎液及其多糖提取物和黄芪精口服液对小鼠进行体液免疫功能测定。结果:蒲公英水煎液(4g/kg.d)及其多糖提取物(0.5g/kg.d)可增强巨噬细胞吞噬指数水平,提高小鼠抗体生成水平和巨噬细胞的吞噬率,即通过改善机体的免疫抑制状态,进而增强和调节机体免疫功能作用。结论:蒲公英水煎液及其多糖提取物有增强和上调免疫功能低下机体的作用。

목적:료해포공영(TM)급기다당제취물대면역공능저하소서적영향。방법:경구관복작산지새미송(DEX)유도소서면역공능저하,7d후경구관복포공영수전액급기다당제취물,채용포공영수전액급기다당제취물화황기정구복액대소서진행체액면역공능측정。결과:포공영수전액(4g/kg.d)급기다당제취물(0.5g/kg.d)가증강거서세포탄서지수수평,제고소서항체생성수평화거서세포적탄서솔,즉통과개선궤체적면역억제상태,진이증강화조절궤체면역공능작용。결론:포공영수전액급기다당제취물유증강화상조면역공능저하궤체적작용。
【Objective】To study the effect of TM and polysaccharides(derived from TM)on mice,whose immune function is low.【Method】Mice were given the dexamethasone(DEX) by intragastrically with pipe,the immune functions of humoral were examined in the mouse after administrated TM,polysaccharides extract and Astragalus membranaceous after 7 days of inoculated TM and polysaccharides.【Result】TM(4g/kg·d) and polysaccharides(0.5g/kg·d) improved phagocytic index of macrophage.Higher doses of TM could also distinctly enhance the number of PFC and macrophage phagocytic percentage.【Conclusion】 TM and polysaccharides extract could enhance and adjust the immune function of organism.
