The government＇s executive power is the key to improve the management ability,is the comprehensive implementation of the scientific outlook on development,and promote the construction of harmonious society needs.Administrative culture is the soul of the administrative management,to the executive power of the government plays the role of play subtle influence.From the Angle of administrative culture discussed the cause of the weakening of the government＇s executive power and to find the relevant countermeasures,construction and that adapt to the execution culture,in our country the innovation of administrative culture,promote the development of the executive power of the effective way.
