基于后方油料仓库实际情况,分析目前影响油库安全稳定的主要因素,从安全教育、制度管理、硬件建设、机制措施四个方面对如何提高后方油库安全管理水平进行了研究,并针对这些因素阐述了防止油库发生安全事故的各种管理措施,强调了加强油库安全管理的重要性,对油库管理人员的技术水平和素质提出了一些要求。

Based on the actual situation of the oil tanker safety, from the safety education, scientific management, equipment and facilities building, safety culture and safety evaluation of these five aspects studied how to improve the level of safety manage- ment, and then put forward corresponding countermeasures, with a view to provide references for our army rear depot safety managerment.
