在贯彻落实党的十七届六中全会精神的过程中,必须坚持创新实践。十七届六中全会指出,要＂以满足人民精神文化需求为出发点和落脚点,以改革创新为动力＂。而审视当今我们的艺术创作,创新的力度必须加大。本文结合创作实际,针砭时痼,提出为劳动人民而歌的艺术见解,拓宽当前艺术创新的领域。

Efforts should be made to stress adherence to the practice of innovation when carrying out the spirit of the sixth plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee.The plenum advocates ＂to start from meeting the demands of the people＇s spiritual culture,and to take the reform and innovation as a driving force＂.The innovation of the art creation must be strengthened and improved.In this thesis,the author points out the social problems based on the creative practice,puts forward the opinion of art serving the people and expands the fields of art innovation.
