近年来,王村煤矿多次出现井下松散煤体自燃预兆,影响矿井的安全生产。为了掌握该矿煤自燃规律,准确预测煤自燃火灾,对5#煤样进行了自燃程序升温实验,根据实验结果确定该矿区5#煤层的自燃临界温度、裂化温度以及CO、CH4气体浓度与温度关系等自燃特性参数,并进一步分析了耗氧速度、C2H6、C2H4等指标气体的变化规律,对5#煤层煤自燃规律进行了初步探讨。

Recent years,the harbingers of coal spontaneous combustion emerged in Wangcun coal mine many times.In order to know the law of coal spontaneous combustion and to forecast the coal spontaneous combustion,the temperature-programmed test is used.Based on the tests,the paper summarized the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion,such as critical temperature,cracking temperature and the concentration change of CO,CH4,etc,analyzed the oxygen consumption velocity and the change law of C2H6,C2H4 and discussed the laws of 5# coal spontaneous combustione.
