为采用联产新技术加快湿法磷酸(WPA)替代热法磷酸(TPA)生产磷酸盐的力度,对热法磷酸、化学法净化磷酸和溶剂法净化磷酸(PPA)及其深加工为化肥、磷酸氢钙和磷酸盐的成本和经济效益进行了分析。结果表明,溶剂法PPA及其磷酸盐产品经济效益远低于HPA(化学净化法制得磷酸和磷酸盐混合溶液)的磷酸盐产品,生产PPA净化工程投资数倍于TPA和HPA,还需要配套大的磷肥产业作支撑;化肥、饲钙和磷酸盐联产新技术的产品效益优于传统化学法、热法和溶剂法,是企业扩大WPA应用范围、延伸磷肥产业链、调整产品结构、转变经济增长方式和高效益支付成本最低的成熟技术。黄磷市场价格12000元/t时,采用联产新技术,以WPA替代TPA生产钾、钠和铵盐利润丰厚。

In order to increase the application of WPA instead of TPA with the co-production technology, the costs and economic benefits of TPA, PPA by chemical method, PPA by solvent method, as well as their deep processing as fertilizer, calcium hydrogen phosphate and phosphate are analyzed. The results show: the economic benefits of PPA by solvent method and its phosphate are far lower than that of HPA (PPA by chemical method), the cost of PPA production is several times as many as that of TPA or HPA, and needing the large phosphate plant; the economic benefits of co-production of fertilizer, feed-grade calcium phosphate and phosphate are batter than those of traditional chemical method, thermal-process, solvent method, the coproduction technology is a mature technology with low cost that can expand the scope of WPA application, extend phosphate fertilizer industry chain, adjust product structure, change the style of economic growth. Producing potassium sodium and ammonium phosphate by co-production technology with WPA instead of TPA, the profits are bigger when the yellow phosphorus market price is of 0.012 million RMB Yuan per ton.
