An VLF SCR Switching Power Amplifier(SPA) is introduced.Three equivalent circuit models and one nonlinear maths model are developed when the SPA works in critical commutating condition.The circuit models are emulated in OrCAD,and the nonlinear maths model is solved with Laplace transform method and numerical analysis method respectively.All the methods metioned can calculate the voltage and current at any point of the SPA,from which the results are accordant.
