选用非离子表面活性剂Triton X-114通过浊点萃取的方法对水样中的硝基酚类污染物进行了有效的分离和富集,并通过高效液相色谱法测定了污染物的含量.两种污染物对硝基苯酚和2m4-二硝基苯酚分别在6.9—1380ng/mL和36.8—7360ng/mL的浓度范围具有良好的线性相关,对硝基苯酚的最小检出限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分别为0.145ng/mL和0.484ng/mL,2,4-二硝基苯酚的最小检出限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分别为1.104ng/mL和3.680ng/mL.
選用非離子錶麵活性劑Triton X-114通過濁點萃取的方法對水樣中的硝基酚類汙染物進行瞭有效的分離和富集,併通過高效液相色譜法測定瞭汙染物的含量.兩種汙染物對硝基苯酚和2m4-二硝基苯酚分彆在6.9—1380ng/mL和36.8—7360ng/mL的濃度範圍具有良好的線性相關,對硝基苯酚的最小檢齣限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分彆為0.145ng/mL和0.484ng/mL,2,4-二硝基苯酚的最小檢齣限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分彆為1.104ng/mL和3.680ng/mL.

Triton X-114 was choose in this paper by cloud point extraction to separate and enrich nitrophenols in water, and p-nitrophenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol were determined by HPLC. Two pollutants have good linearity in the range of 6.9-1380 ng/mL and 36.8-7360 ng/mL The LOD and LOQ of p-nitrophenol are 0.145ng/mL and 0.484 ng/mL, and 2,4-dinitrophenol are 1.104 ng/mL and 3.680ng/mL.
